Case:
Users receive the error message when accessing a YouTube Video within a SCORM: Video unavailable. This video is restricted from being viewed on this domain.
Answer:
The integrated YouTube player only works for items uploaded as Lectures or to the Academy Resources. In contrast, SCORM files are played in an iFrame and some videos on YouTube have embedding deactivated, preventing them from playing in an iFrame. We cannot resolve this issue as we cannot modify the contents of a SCORM file. The creator of the YouTube video must allow embedding on the video for it to play in a SCORM iFrame.
