Adding Academy Custom Fields
To enhance the flexibility of your certificates, you can use any custom fields that you have added to your academy, in addition to the default token options. When including these custom tokens, please ensure they are formatted in the same manner as the default tokens — in all upper-case letters with underscores used to separate spaces. For example, the custom field "Hiring date" should be written as HIRING_DATE.
It is also important to verify that the appropriate 'Show on user's profile' option is enabled for the custom field. To check this, navigate to Admin > Academy Settings, and then go to the Custom Fields section. If this setting is not enabled, the custom field will not be populated on the certificate.
