As an Admin, you can send invitations to employees and/or external members to invite them to your Academy.
Navigation: UKG Pro Learning > Admin > Members > Invite or Add Users > Invite Users
Be sure to select the correct invitation page (Employees or External Members), based on the role of the user that you want to invite. On the form below, enter the emails of the new users separated by commas.
Employees/External Members will have to use the same email where they received the invitation when signing up.
- Add the email addressed, separated by commas.
- (Optional) Add a message.
- Select Send Invitations.
The users will receive an invitation email in their email address, where they will have to select the Join Now button in order to join your Academy. After that, they will need to go through the signup process in the UKG Pro Learning solution. Once complete, they will become Employees/External Members of your Academy.
