Sync the UKG Pro Learning Calendar with an External Calendar

You can sync your UKG Pro Learning with your Google calendar, Apple calendar, Outlook calendar, or any calendar with the capability to subscribe by URL.

Navigation: Home

1. From the Calendar block, select Sync Calendar.

2. From the Synchronize with external calendar window, below the Close and Copy Link buttons, select the calendar items you want to be synced with your external calendar.

3. Select Copy Link.

Sync with Google Calendar

1. From the left side panel, next to Other Calendars, select the plus icon and then select From URL.
2. Paste the UKG Pro Learning calendar URL into the URL of calendar field.
3. Select Add calendar.

Sync with Apple Calendar

1. From the Apple Calendar menu, select File, then select New Calendar Subscription.
2. Paste the UKG Pro Learning calendar URL in the Calendar URL field.
3. Select Subscribe.
4. Edit the calendar settings as necessary, including the auto-refresh option.
5. Select OK.

Sync with Outlook Calendar

1. From the left side panel, select Add calendar.
2. Select Subscribe from web.
3. Paste the UKG Pro Learning calendar URL into the open field.
4. Enter a name for the calendar in the Calendar name field and complete the remaining settings.
5. Select Import.
