Just as announcements can be sent for courses within your academy, you can also send announcements to learners enrolled in external courses.
Navigation: UKG Pro Learning > Courses > locate course > Manage Course > Students > Send Announcements
- Search the list for the recipients you want to include.
- Select the + sign next to their name.
- Write your message in the space provided.
- (Optional) Add an image or URL
- (Optional) Select Upload Attachment to upload documents from your computer.
- Select Announce.
Search the recipients and select them by clicking on the “+” symbol. To complete your announcement, you can write a message in the space provided, add an image/URL or click Upload Attachment to upload documents from your computer. Finally, click Announce.
