If the Admin of your Academy has added a Starting Page for your Content Library and if he/she has enabled the Favorites block, you will be able to mark a training material as favorite just by clicking the heart icon as presented below:
Once you have marked your training material as favorite, it will be also displayed on your Starting Page.
