The Employees Dashboard provides detailed information about the performance of your members as it relates to Courses, On-the-Job Training (OJT), Curricula, Exams, and more.

Employees
Under the Employees tab, you can search and view how individual employees are doing.
On the overview page, you can see the following stats:
- The number of employees you can report on
- The total time they have spent on their training
- The average number of Courses each user is enrolled in
- The average Completion Rate of these users combined
You can also filter by organizational structure or by specific dates and see the statistics that correspond to your filtering. If you select a specific organizational structure, you will also be able to download a report with the stats of all the employees that are under the selected structure, just by selecting the Excel icon. You can also search by choosing additional fields (custom user fields).
For each employee you can see:
- The total time they have spent on their training.
Note: This takes into account each training one time only. If an event is under multiple courses its time will only be taken into account once. - The total number of Courses they are enrolled in
- The number of Completions they have.
Note: This number takes into account all of the course completions, including the past ones. - The Course Completion Rate of this user.
Note: This number is calculated based on the current course completions the user has compared to the courses the user is currently enrolled in.
Selecting an individual's name will bring up a dashboard for the specific user where you can report on their courses, curricula, exams, on-the-job trainings, events, and career paths. You are then able to dive deeper into each of the topics by selecting the topic's name on the top tab. You also have the option to download a report with all of this user's training by selecting the Excel icon.
Under each tab, you will see the completion rate and stats of the relevant training (courses, curricula, events, etc) for the specific user.
Courses
Under the Courses tab, you can track your employees' progress by course.
On the overview page, you can see the following stats:
- The Total number of Courses you have in your Academy
- The number of courses you have purchased for your Academy
- The number of Private courses in your Academy
Here you can also filter by category and course type (such as Active or Archived) to see the stats that correspond to your filtering. You can also reorder the course list alphabetically or by the publishing date. On this page, you can also download a report with the stats of all the courses by selecting the Excel icon.
For each course, you can see:
- The number of enrolled users
- The completion rate for this course
- The publishing date (for public courses only)
Selecting a course's name will bring up a dashboard for the specific course where you can report on all the users currently enrolled in it. On this page, you can see stats for this specific course including:
- The number of employees overdue
- The number of enrolled users
- The completion rate for all enrolled users
- The average progress for all enrolled users
- The course’s average rating
Here you can also filter by organizational structure or by employee due date status, to see the stats that correspond to your filtering. You can also filter to see only the events that the users are registered in or all the events under this course.
Note: The default filter selected for events is "Events that users are registered in". If you notice that a user has less progress than you expected or that you are missing an event, make sure to change this filter to "All Events".
On this page, you also have the option to download a report with all of the enrolled users' progress for this course just by selecting the Excel icon.
On this page, by clicking on the "Details" button you have the option to see:
- User info: The user's organization structure is displayed
- Settings: You can unassign the user, oblige the user to retake the course or mark the course as completed.
- History: You can see all actions taken regarding the user and the course (such as assignment, unassignment, completions added by an administrator, and so on).
- Course details: You can see the user's progress in all course steps.
On-the-Job Training
Under the On-the-Job Trainings tab, you can track your employees' progress by On-the-Job Training.
On the Overview page you can see the following stats:
- The total number of On-the-Job Trainings you have in your Academy
- The total number of tasks these OJTs have
Here you can also filter by category and OJT type to see the statistics that correspond to your filtering. You can reorder the OJT list alphabetically.
Note: The default filter selected is "All Courses" which means that only the course-connected On-the-Job Trainings will be presented. To see your Academy's Standalone On-the-Job Trainings, you will have to select either the "All the On-the-Job Trainings" filter or the "Standalone On-the-Job Trainings" one.
On this page, you can also download a report with the stats of all the On-the-Job Trainings, by selecting the Excel icon.
Then for each On-the-Job Training, you can see:
- The number of enrolled users
- The completion rate for this on-the-job training
Clicking on an On-the-Job Training's name will bring up a dashboard for the specific OJT where you can report on all the users currently enrolled. On this page, you can see stats for this specific OJT including:
- the number of enrolled users
- the trainees' completion rate
- the trainers' completion rate
- the average score
You can also filter by organizational structure or by task status (which user has signed off/pending tasks) to see the statistics that correspond to your filtering.
On this page, you also have the option to download a report with all of the enrolled users' progress for this course just by selecting the Excel icon.
Another option you have is the option of an overview of the current performance of the employees on the selected OJT. To see the overview select Assessments Matrix View. The OJT Matrix view gives managers or supervisors a quick, “at-a-glance” look at how their employees are performing and compares them to one another against specific OJT training criteria.
Note:
- The Assessment Matrix will only display data if a Performance Level/Score has been selected for the OJT Tasks.
- If you have set up the type of Assessment to be Performance levels, you are also able to select colors corresponding to each level, to help you identify the previous performance of your employees, quickly. You can set up the different colors on the Advanced Settings page.
Curricula
Under the Curricula tab, you are able to track your employees' progress by curriculum.
On the overview page, you can see the following stats:
- The total number of curricula you have in your academy.
- The number of private curricula in your academy
- The number of courses under these curricula
Here you can also filter by category and curriculum type (Active or Archived, for example) to see the statistics that correspond to your filtering. You can reorder the curriculum list alphabetically or by the creation date. On this page, you can also download a report with the stats of all the curricula, by selecting the Excel icon.
Then for each curriculum you can see:
- the number of enrolled users
- the completion rate for this curriculum
- the creation date
Selecting a curriculum's name will bring up a dashboard for the specific curriculum where you can report on all the users currently enrolled in it. On this page, you can see stats for this specific curriculum including:
- the number of employees overdue
- the number of enrolled users
- the completion rate for all enrolled users
- the average progress for all enrolled users
You can also filter by:
- organizational structure or by employee due date status to see the stats that correspond to your filtering.
- language to see the users that are taking this curriculum in a specific language.
- only the events that the users are registered in or all the events under this curriculum.
Note: The default filter selected for events is the "Events that users are registered in". If a user has less progress than you expected or you are missing an event, change this filter to "All Events".
You also have the option to download a report with all of the enrolled users' progress for this curriculum by selecting the Excel icon.
Exams
Under the Exams tab, you are able to track how your employees are doing in your Academy's Exams.
On the overview page, you can see the Total number of Curricula you have in your Academy.
Here you can also filter by category and course type (Active, Compliance, Archived) to see the stats that correspond to your filtering. You can also reorder the exam list alphabetically. On this page, you can download a report with the stats of all the exams with the Excel icon.
For each exam, you can see:
- the number of enrolled users
- the number of users that have taken the exam
Selecting an exam's name will bring up a dashboard for the specific exam where you can report on all the users currently enrolled in it. On this page, you can see stats for this specific exam including:
- The number of enrolled users
- The number of users that have taken an exam
- The success rate for all enrolled users
- The total number of attempts
Here you can also filter by organizational structure to see the stats that correspond to your filtering. After you select the organizational structure, you will also have the option to download a report with all of the enrolled users' progress for this curriculum with the Excel icon.
Compare
Under the Compare tab, you can track how each Above Unit or Unit is doing compared to each other.
- Select the Courses, Curricula, or Exam tab.
- Use the search and the sorting to find a specific course/curriculum/exam.
- Select its name. Once you select a specific training, you will be redirected to the compare dashboard for this training. On this page, you have two options: to compare your Units in a List View or in a Tree View.
In either view, if you also filter by organizational structure, you will have the option to download a report with the relevant data just by selecting the Excel icon.
On the overview page for both views, you can see the following stats:
- The number of employees overdue
- The number of enrolled users
- The completion rate for all enrolled users
- The average progress for all enrolled users
Note: The number of Enrolled Users includes all users that are enrolled in this course. Under this tab you can only see the users who are directly associated with a Unit, so you may see a difference between the number of Enrolled Users and the users you see below. This is because some of the enrolled users may only be associated with an Above Unit.
List View
On the List View, you will be able to see all Units that have at least one of their users enrolled in this training, in a list where you are able to compare them.
For each Unit, you will be able to review:
- the overall completion rate
- the average time the users under this unit have spent
By selecting Details, you will be able to review all users under the specific unit, their progress, and Time Spent.
Tree View
On the Tree View, you will be able to see a tree view of the part of your organization that is connected to Above Units or Units that have at least one of their users enrolled in this training.
Let's see an example, where we have the following organizational nodes that are connected:
Above Unit: Europe (parent of the Greece Above Unit)
Above Unit: Greece
Unit: Thessaloniki (associated with the Greece Above Unit)
If you have at least one user from the Thessaloniki Unit enrolled in this training then you will be able to see the whole organizational tree on this view.
If you do not have any users from the Thessaloniki Unit enrolled in this training, but you have at least one user from the Greece Above Unit enrolled, then you will be able to see the organizational tree from this Above Unit and up.
For each Above Unit and Unit, you will be able to review:
- the overall completion rate
- the average time the users have spent
Selecting Details next to an Above Unit will redirect you to this training's Dashboard, while Selecting Details next to a Unit will allow you to review all users under the specific unit, their progress, and time spent.
Note: The statistics of an Above Unit include both the users directly under this Above Unit and the ones under the organizational nodes below this Above Unit.
Events
Under the Events tab, you are able to track your employees' attendance at your Academy's events.
On the overview page, you can see the following stats:
- the total number of events in your academy
- the total number of users that have participated in these events
- the percentage of attendance for in-class training events
- the percentage of attendance for live session events
Here you can filter by category and Event Status (Active, Upcoming, Completed, and so on), while selecting to see only Multiple Offers events using the Group By filter. After you select the filters, the statistics will correspond to your filtering. You can reorder the Events list alphabetically or by Event Date.
You can also download a report with the stats of all the events, by selecting the Excel icon.
Then for each event, you can see:
- The number of attendees
- The attendance rate
- The event date or bundle duration, if it's a multiple offers event
- The number of multiple offers the event has, if it's a multiple offers event
- The course the event is connected to, if it's a course-connected event
Note: For multiple offer events, the number of attendees and attendance rate correspond to all of the event offers.
Selecting an event's name will bring up a dashboard for the specific event where you can report on all the users currently registered in it. For multiple offer events, this dashboard will include all users registered in the master event.
On this page, you can see stats for this specific event including:
- The date of the event
- The number of participants
- The attendance rate
- The duration
- in minutes for live sessions
- in hours for in-class trainings
- The passing score (for in-class trainings)
Here you can also filter by organizational structure to see the stats that correspond to your filtering. After you select the organizational structure, you will also have the option to download a report with all of the registered users' progress for this event by selecting the Excel icon.
Multiple Offers Event
In the case of multiple offers events, you can View Summary Report to see a short summary of your event's offers.
On this page, you will be presented with all event offers that have at least one registrant. For the event bundle in general you can see the following statistics:
- Start date
- End date
- Total number of offers
- Total number of participants across all offers
- The overall attendance rate
Here you can also filter by organizational structure to see the stats that correspond to your filtering. After you select the organizational structure, you will also have the option to download a report with all of the registered users' progress for this event by selecting the Excel icon.
Careers
Under the Careers tab, you can track the skill strength per individual and job. This tab will only be available if your administrator has enabled career paths for your academy.
Here you will see all jobs in your academy. Your employees may have followed a career path to any of these jobs (based on how the administrator has set them up), so by selecting a job you will be able to review all users following the career path for this job.
For each user that follows the career path for the job you selected, you will be able to review the following:
- the date they followed the path
- their overall Skill Strength for the specific job
- the courses of the path they have enrolled in/completed
