When to use this
Follow the steps below when you want to:
- Reduce how often you receive notification emails
- Change the notification frequency (for example, from daily to monthly)
- Turn off notifications for retired courses
Update notification settings
Navigation: UKG Learning > Admin > Academy Settings > Notifications > Scheduled
- Select A course was recently retired.
- Update the notification:
- To stop notifications, turn the notification off
- To change frequency, select a new option (for example, Monthly)
- Select Save. After you update the setting:
- You receive notifications based on the selected frequency
- If disabled, you no longer receive emails for retired courses
- You can update this setting at any time
