Change the Creator (Primary Instructor) of a Curriculum

Users with administrator rights are able to change the creator (primary instructor) of a curriculum.

Navigation: UKG Pro LearningTraining (hover) > Curricula

  1. Find the curriculum to be updated and select Manage.
  2. From the Curriculum Panel select the Instructors option.
  3. Select the desired Primary Instructor.Screenshot_33.png
  4. From the same page, you can also add additional instructors for your curriculum. Select the Add Instructors tab.
  5. Select the plus icon (+) next to the member you want to add as an instructor.Screenshot_32.png
  6. Select Save when finished.

Note:
If the primary instructor of a curriculum is deactivated, the curriculum will automatically be transferred to another primary instructor, depending on the curriculum's category.

  • If the curriculum is in a normal training category, then the academy administrator will be set as the curriculum's primary instructor.
  • If the curriculum is in a decentralized training category, then the owner of the decentralized category (Head of/Assistant Head of) will be set as the curriculum's primary instructor.
    • If there are multiple category owners, all of them will be added as instructors to the curriculum and one will be set as the primary instructor.

    • If there is no owner in this decentralized category, then the academy administrator will be set as the curriculum's primary instructor.
