As an Administrator, you have the option to set up scheduled notifications for specific courses.
Note:
Before making edits to a course, all notifications default to its correlating Academy settings. You must make an edit specifically to this course, not at the academy level.
Navigation: UKG Pro Learning > Training (hover) > Courses > locate course > Manage > Notifications > Scheduled
The following course notifications are available:

Employee notification about course due date | Employee | To remind the employee about the course due date |
Manager notification about employees' course due date | Course Assignor/Unit Manager/Assistant Unit Manager/Direct Head of Above | To inform the manager about the employees who haven't completed a course with a due date |
Notification about missed course due date | Employee/Course Assignor/Unit Manager/Assistant Unit Manager/Direct Head of Above |
To inform: - the employee that they failed to complete a course within its due date - the manager about the employees that failed to complete a course within its due date |
Notification about expiring course certificate | Employee/Course Assignor/Unit Manager/Assistant Unit Manager/Direct Head of Above/Assistant Direct Head of Above |
To remind the employee that the course certification will expire soon |
Manager notification about employees' course completion | Course Assignor/Unit Manager/Assistant Unit Manager/Direct Head of Above/Assistant Direct Head of Above | To inform the manager about the employees who have completed a course |
At the bottom of each notification, there is the Restore Academy Defaults button. By clicking this button all notification(s) will be restored to the default Academy level setting.
Both the academy's scheduled notifications and course scheduled notification offer a cadence.
Select With Frequency to set daily/weekly/monthly reminders.
Select With Reminders to add up to 12 reminders within your scheduled notifications.
