UKG Pro Learning provides you with a powerful reporting tool within your academy, giving you the ability to track academy members' progress in a number of ways.
Using this tool, you can find out how a user was enrolled in a course.
Navigation: UKG Pro Learning > Admin > Reporting > Report Builder > Create New Report > Courses > Courses All Time Report
- Select Continue.
- Expand the Fields dropdown list.
- Select the Course Enrollment Source field.
- Select Add.
- You can filter the results based on a specific enrollment source. Select the gear icon to display the filter dropdown and select a filter if desired.
- Select Save or Save and Download. The report will be saved under your Private Reports (UKG Pro Learning > Admin > Reporting > Report Builder > Private Reports).
Self-enrollment → a self enrollment of a user to the course
Reactivated User → a reactivation of a user triggering his re-enrollment to a course
Assigned by Manager → user assigned to the course from another user (admin/tm/job with perm)
Assigned by Rule → user assigned to the course meeting the criteria from an automated rule
Onboarding Process → user assigned to the course meeting the criteria from an onboarding profile
Imported Data → user assigned to the course from an import/transcript
Purchase Course Coupon → user used a coupon for a course in order to get enroll to it
Purchase Course Coupon Assignment → user assigned to the course due to coupon assignment
Purchase Course via Bundle → user assigned to the course because was a part of a bundle Purchase
Course via Package → user assigned to the course from an academy subscription to a package
Assigned via Curriculum → user assigned to the course because was a part of curriculum that assigned to him
Self-enrollment via Curriculum → user assigned to the course because was a part of curriculum that self enrolled
Assigned via Curriculum by Rule → user assigned to the course because was a part of curriculum that was assigned via an automated rule
Other Helpful Fields
In this report, there are also some other fields that may help you to find some more details for your users. In the case of the "Assigned by Manager" value, add the field of the Assignor First Name and the Assignor Last Name so you can find the manager who assigned the Course in question.
In the case of the "Assigned by Rule" value, add the field of Auto Assignment Rule so you can find out the relevant rule.
In case of a "Purchase Course Coupon" value, add the field of the Coupon ID so you can find the specific coupon that the user used to be enrolled to the Course.
In case of a "Purchase Course Coupon Assignment" value, add the Course Coupon Code field so you can see the coupon of the purchased Course.
